Anova Microsystems, Inc. guarantees that all of our products are new and are packaged safely for a smooth transit.

How Much Does it Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Checkout Now button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

How Do We Ship?
We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping. General delivery information for Standard, 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next-Day shipping can be found on the order confirmation page when shipping options are available.

When Do We Ship?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped out the same day if the item is in stock. If the item you are purchasing is not in stock we make every effort to have that item shipped to you in a timely manner. Customers who choose to expedite their shipment (i.e. Next-Day) will have priority on their shipment. If the expedited item is not in stock we will quickly inform the customer and work with them to get their order completed as fast as possible.

Where's Your Stuff?
After you've placed your order you will get a confirmation e-mail saying that it is in process. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an additional e-mail with tracking information for you to follow its progress online. If for some reason you do not get this e-mail within a day after placing your order please contact online-sales@anova.com requesting its status. Please reference your order number that is listed in your first e-mail.
